Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Premium Rentals ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our car rental services.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Process
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A valid mobile number and email address are required for booking
  • Customers must provide accurate information during booking
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt or advance deposit
1.2 Advance Payment
  • 20% advance payment required for outstation and package bookings
  • Corporate clients may have different payment terms as per agreement
  • Balance payment to be made before or immediately after trip completion

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice
  • Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price
  • Extra charges apply for additional kilometers, waiting time, and late-night services
2.2 Additional Charges
  • Parking fees, toll charges, and state permits are extra
  • Night charges applicable for trips starting or ending between 10 PM - 6 AM
  • Hill station charges may apply for hilly terrain routes
  • Multiple pickup/drop charges may apply
2.3 Payment Methods
  • Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer accepted
  • Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions
  • GST will be added as applicable

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer
  • 7+ days before: Full refund (minus processing charges if any)
  • 3-7 days before: 50% refund of advance payment
  • Less than 3 days: No refund
  • No-show: 100% cancellation charges
3.2 Cancellation by Company
  • Full refund if we cancel due to vehicle unavailability
  • Alternative vehicle will be offered when possible
  • No liability for consequential damages
3.3 Refund Process
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Processing charges may be deducted as applicable

4. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use
  • Vehicles to be used only for the purpose stated in booking
  • Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
  • Routes must be as per itinerary (for packages)
  • Vehicles cannot be sublet or used for commercial purposes
4.2 Prohibited Activities
  • Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited
  • Transportation of illegal goods or substances
  • Use of vehicle in rash or negligent manner
  • Driving the vehicle by customer (driver-driven service only)
  • Exceeding luggage capacity beyond vehicle limits
4.3 Penalties
  • ₹500 fine for smoking inside vehicle
  • Cleaning charges if vehicle is left excessively dirty
  • Damage charges for any interior/exterior damage
  • Traffic violation fines to be borne by customer

5. Driver Conduct and Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Driver Responsibilities
  • Be punctual for pickup
  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices
  • Assist with reasonable luggage handling
5.2 Customer Responsibilities
  • Be ready at pickup location at scheduled time
  • Treat driver with respect and courtesy
  • Provide clear directions when needed
  • Report any issues immediately to customer support
  • Ensure all personal belongings are taken after trip

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Vehicle Insurance
  • All vehicles are comprehensively insured
  • Insurance covers vehicle damage and third-party liability
  • Personal belongings are not covered under vehicle insurance
6.2 Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or breakdowns
  • Not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicle
  • No liability for consequential or indirect damages
  • Maximum liability limited to booking value
6.3 Force Majeure
  • Not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Customer data handled as per our Privacy Policy
  • Information collected only for service provision
  • Data not shared with third parties except as required for service
  • Customers can request data deletion subject to legal requirements

8. Modifications to Service

  • We reserve right to modify or discontinue services with notice
  • Prices and terms may be updated periodically
  • Confirmed bookings honored at agreed terms

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Complaints
  • Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of service
  • Contact customer support via phone or email
  • We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours
9.2 Jurisdiction
  • These terms governed by laws of India
  • Courts of Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration
